This date has been chosen because it is the Northern Chrysanthemum Show as well as there being a Christmas Craft Fair at the same time.  Consequently, there will be beautiful blooms to admire and handmade gifts galore to get in some early present buying.   The Steam Museum, on site, is usually open at the weekends too; well worth a visit.  So, lots to do as well as delicious food and good company to enjoy.  There will also be a raffle and perhaps a Lucky Dip.

Markham Grange is approximately 1 mile from the Great North Road (A638), north of Doncaster, and approximately the same from junction 38 on the A1(M) (Redhouse Roundabout).  There is ample free parking and everywhere is accessible by wheelchair.

There are no buses that pass nearby, so please let me know if you wish to go but really cannot make alternative arrangements to get there.

This occasion is open to people with dementia and their regular carer who appreciate the weekday cafes, events and activities, but whose families are too far away to visit at weekends.

The event is absolutely free to all participants but any voluntary donations will be welcomed to go towards another event, activity or outing.  However, this is entirely voluntary and there is no obligation to donate.
