The Good Old Days at Cast – Tuesday 11^th 0ctober 2022

DonMentia is offering a free theatre trip to Cast to see The Good Old Days for those affected by dementia and their carers.  There are limited seats on offer so please complete the attached booking form with all necessary details as soon as possible to guarantee a seat.

As all seats and ice creams have been paid for in advance it will be appreciated if you only book when you are certain you can attend.
Whilst it is understood that there can be unforeseen circumstances and emergencies, which will be judged on an individual basis, please note you will be expected to pay the full cost of £20 per person if you fail to take your seat.
