DESCRIPTION:DonMentia is offering a free trip to the Tropical Butterfly House\, North Anston\, S25 4EQ on Thursday 27th October 2022 to include lunch \nPlease meet at 11am at the Market Place car park\, Doncaster \n(opposite the Premier Inn) \n Please feel free to make your own way there\, but you still need to completeth e form so I can book a meal for you as well as organise the entrance fee \n  \nWe hope you can join us for what is sure to be an enjoyable day out \n\n\n\nAs usual all DonMentia trips are completely free to all participants\, but there is the expectation that if you sign to join in you are willing to pay £20 per person if you drop out as DonMentia will have already incurred expenses on the basis of your original agreement\n\n\n\nIf you wish to be included\, please complete the details below: \n A speedy response is necessary on this occasion due to the limited time factor \nThe bus will leave the Market Place car park in Doncaster at 11.15am to go to the Tropical Butterfly House\, near Dinnington\, which will take approximately forty-five minutes.  Lunch will be in the cafeteria at 12.30pm where there will be a choice of light lunches.  The time is then free to take in the many sights and attractions.  It will be suitably decorated for the fun Halloween Spectacular! \nThe enclosure is not large and there is only one gate\, which acts as both entrance and exit so there is very little likelihood of getting lost. \nDue to the nature of the venue\, it will mean being outside whilst passing from one building to another\, so dress appropriately for that day’s weather.  There are many places to be indoors or to sit down\, and the real\, live butterflies are in a tropical house\, which is\, therefore\, extremely warm. \nWe will then take the bus back to Doncaster at 3.30pm\, returning to the same car park at approximately 4.15pm. \n\n\n  \n\n\n\n Event or Trip Name (required)\n \n \n Your Name (required)\n \n \n Your Email\n \n Your Phone (required)\n\n Your Address\n \n Additional Information\n \n \nIf this event requires the purchase of a ticket\, please tick the box to confirm that you will reimburse DonMentia for the cost of the ticket even if you\, for some reason\, cannot atttend on the day.\n \nTick the box \n \n\n Δ\n \n\n\n\n  \n
